From the street, the facade presents as strong and streamlined—wrapped in render and linear textures that play with light and shadow throughout the day. Inside, the home opens up into an airy, light-filled series of living spaces, where layered finishes and high ceilings bring a sense of calm luxury.

The interiors feature a refined palette of oak joinery, soft travertine tones, and custom lighting that enhances the home’s sculptural lines. Carefully considered spatial planning allows for seamless movement between private retreats and social zones, designed with real family living in mind.

Touches like the curved bathroom wall, statement stone benchtops, and arched hallway moments elevate the everyday, giving the home a distinctly architectural feel.
